Whakakapia tō haere tuatahi, ā, whakatōmuri tonu rānei i tō ako i te tūturu me te whakawhiti i te hinengaro, tinana me te wairua. Mirimiri and Romiromi are pathways to healing, they are Māori ways, and normal paths of support. Take your first step, or continue your learning, in aligning the mind, body, and spirit. With bodily ailments and discomforts being rooted in ancestral lineage, guiding our efforts towards addressing underlying causes for sustained healing and intergenerational well-being.
